We are recruiting!

We are currently seeking a motivated self-starter person who will support clients with a disability to access, secure and retain employment. Applicants should possess: The ability to support and motivate people to realise their employment potential. Excellent communication, interpersonal and administration skills required.

Full clean driving licence and have access to a car. An insight into disability together with a knowledge of recruitment procedures and employment networks would be an advantage. A good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook required. Applicants must be prepared to complete a Garda vetting application form.

Hours: 39

Duration: Temporary

Location: Mallow 2 days a week & Cork City 3 days a week.

Essential Requirements:

  • The ability to motivate and assist/support people to access, secure and maintain employment in the open labour market.
  • The ability to develop employer networks and to act as advocate for the Supported Employment Programme and it’s service users/clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong administration and organisation skills.
  • Computer literacy to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet & typing skills.
  • Possess a full clean driving licence and have access to a car.
  • The ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
